Er zijn 12 verschillende whisky-menu´s samengesteld op basis van regio, bottelaar of van één distilleerderij. De Exclusive Whisky-menu´s (11 en 12) bestaan uit 3 whiskies van een hoge leeftijd en gesloten stokerijen.

Indien gewenst krijgt u tekst en uitleg bij de Whisky-menu´s. 

Het is ook mogelijk om een barproeverijtje `Rondje Schotland´ te houden. Uit elke Schotse whisky-regio krijgt u een single malt whisky te proeven - 6 whiskies in totaal.
